Britam Tower, Upperhill is the tallest building in Kenya, measuring 195 meters high.

A commercial investment by the British American Insurance company – an office block with lettable office space of 31,500 SQM in a 30-storey building with an adjacent Parkade building with a car parking facility of 1000 cars in 3 basements and 10 story building.

  • Total construction area for Tower and Parking silo is 71,800 SQM.
  • The project took 164 calendar weeks to complete.

Ranked 10th best skyscraper in the world, from a pool of over 250 towers completed in 2017.

Awards & Certifications:

  • First EDGE Certified building in Kenya.
  • Awarded Best MEP Engineering’ project at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Award in 2029/2020.
  • Best building Award at the 2018 Emporis Skyscraper Awards.
