Ranked as the world’s second largest supermarket chain, Carrefour fit out at The Hub has a gross area of 6,000M2 area at ground level having 5,000M2 sales area and 900M2 of Laboratories which consists of:

• a bakery,
• fishery area,
• alcohol shop,
• central cash area and
• cold rooms.

The Basement level has a gross area of 3,300M2 of warehouse and delivery Areas. There is also a Mezzanine level which houses the office space.

The Project work also included Mechanical, Electrical and Mechanical Services and was completed in 12 months.
