Sarit Centre Phase 3 is a vibrant expansion of Nairobi’s iconic shopping mall, offering a dynamic mix of retail, dining, and entertainment experiences. Phase III of this Masterplan, which has created an additional 45,000 sqm of leasable retail area and a dedicated parking silo for 1,200 cars. The expansion also included a 5 screen IMAX Theatre, childrens play centre, a rooftop dining court and a new Expo Centre. The mall was completed in 1986, with the second phase developed in 1997.
The mall has been in existence for over 4 decades and is the oldest mall in Kenya.
