Projects Details

The project comprises of total built up area of 45,000m2(Retail) divided into LGF, GF, 1ST Floor, Roof food court and Exhibition Hall and supporting BOH areas.

External works consists of revamping the existing open car park, construction of new Guard houses Lower Kabete side and construction of pedestrian access ramp from the same side.

Loading bay facilities have been constructed for the retail owners and exclusive one for the Hyper Market towards Karuna and Lower Kabete road respectively with associated access road works.

Multi story car park of total built up area of 35,000 M2 (Silo) divided into total 10 levels with provision for parking of 1000 cars and having an access from Lower Kabete and Karuna Roadside.

Post tension technology has been utilized for the construction of slabs at all levels.

Green façade or Vertical garden has been built for the Silo parking building which is first of its kind in Kenya.
