Project Outcome

Inspired by Kenyan modernism, this new development features ash-bound concrete and indigenous greenery with 15 floors in total — 11 floors of office space and 5 floors of parking.

The façade showcases an Integrated planter concept with trailing vines and succulents for natural cooling and sun-shading.

The Mandrake is an IFC EDGE Certified building designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and holistic productivity.
