The New Stanley Hotel – For the Sarova Hotels – Refurbishment of existing Five Star Hotel carried out at a Contract sum of Kshs.455,000,000/= and completed on time in 24 months in 1998.

Refurbishment work of a building with tight location. It had a tight schedule because Hotel had been booked well in advance of the refurbishment and had to be handed for overuse.

Complex air-conditioning installations. Working space tight and restricted due to location in between busy streets of Nairobi City Centre.
